Add and edit teams allows you to build, manage and edit the teams that exist within your school.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

By creating teams, you can categorise the teachers on your site, allowing you to analyse coaching and drop-in data by team, as well as across your whole school.

You might choose to group staff by department (History, Geography), year groups (Early Years, Year 1) or Key Stage. Getting this right is an important step in making the data on Steplab work well for you.

1. When your school is first built, Steplab create the teams that you provide. When you then add your users, you are given the option of assigning your staff to specific teams from the start.

If you want to add a new team or edit an existing team, it is very easy. The first thing to do is click "Manage"

2. Click "Manage Teams"

3. This is where you can view, edit or create new teams. A list of existing teams will be displayed here.
